• You acknowledge that the Activity may be hazardous or dangerous and there is an inherent risk of injury, disability or death.

• You accept and assume all liability for loss, damage, injury, or death which arises in any way from the Child’s participation in the Activity.

• You hereby waive any right to claim against COBRA Defence, its employees, contractors, and insurers in relation to the Child’s participation in the Activity.

• You release, hold harmless from, and indemnify COBRA Defence against any liability, action, claim or demand of whatever nature arising in any way from the Child’s participation in the Activity.

• You acknowledge that any warranty, whether express or implied, which relates to the Child’s participation in the Activity is hereby expressly excluded to the full extent permitted by law.

• You warrant that you have not relied on any representation made by COBRA Defence in relation to the Activity.

• You acknowledge that no variation to these terms and conditions will be valid at law unless that variation is evidenced in writing and signed by both You and an authorized delegate of COBRA Defence;

• You warrant that the Child has no medical or other condition that prevents the child from safely engaging in the Activity.

• You acknowledge that the purpose of these terms and conditions is to exclude, to the full extent permitted by law, any liability on the part of COBRA Defence for any loss, damage, injury or death which may occur in any way arising from the Child’s participation in the Activity and you agree that these terms and conditions must be interpreted to achieve this purpose.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria. If any of these terms and conditions are declared to be invalid, that terms and conditions will be severed, and the remainder of the terms and conditions will remain in force.

PHOTOGRAPHY
You give consent for COBRA Defence to make and/or retain an image or video of you, your child, or an individual for whom you have authorised decisions making responsibility and you authorise the use or reproduction of such images for the purposes of publishing materials for training products and marketing related to the activities, programs and services of COBRA Defence without acknowledgment and without being entitled to remuneration or compensation. 

To exclude the participant from our marketing and media, kindly inform us before the program if you do not wish to have any photography taken.
